A study involving over 20,000 participants revealed that individuals who spent a minimum of 120 minutes per week in nature witnessed improvements in their health and mental well-being. Another study focused on post-operative patients, comparing those with views of the outdoors to those facing a brick wall. The results clearly indicated that patients with an outdoor view experienced faster recovery rates

Furthermore, an intriguing study aimed to measure attention spans by exposing participants to nature views and concrete ceilings. Surprisingly, the study showed that viewing green roofs enhanced concentration, while concrete ceilings had the opposite effect, proving the positive influence of nature on cognitive abilities.
